How much do Academy courses cost?
Taking courses on Academy is free! 🎉 Just sign in or create your Academy account and you can get started.
How do I create an Academy account?
Click the ‘Sign in’ button at the top of the screen and choose whether you’re logging in with your Intercom account or as a guest.
I’m logging in with my Intercom account but it’s asking for access. What’s this?
When you log-in with your Intercom account, you’re logging in with single sign on (SSO). This lets you log in to different systems using the same details. In this case, we need to ask whether you give us permission to use your login details for your Intercom account to access Academy. No changes are made to your Intercom account.
Can I see how many of my team has completed a course?
Right now, we don’t have that information available for teams to access on their own. If you get in touch with us in the Messenger we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer badges or certificates?
Both! You can earn a badge for completing a course. We also offer certificates for completing a certification assessment.
Where is my badge?
We’ll email all badges to you so make sure to check your spam/junk folder too. In order for a badge to be sent, you must complete the full course including all quizzes.
What can I do with my badge?
You can share your badge to social straight from the email we send.
Where is my certificate?
We’ll email you a link to your certificate. Look out for an email from Accredible in your spam/junk folder. To receive your certificate, you must reach the passing score for the assessment.
What can I do with my certificate?
You can view your certificate on your Accredible profile, share it on social or add it directly to LinkedIn.
Who’s Accredible?
Accredible is a digital credentials provider. They issue, send and store all certificates for us. Learn more about what you can do with your Accredible account here.
Is my certificate safe?
Yes, Accredible uses the blockchain to cryptographically seal a record of the credential when it's created so that third parties can be absolutely certain that a record hasn't been altered since being issued.
Do I need to create an Accredible account to access my certificate?
You don’t have to, you can access your certificate without an account. However, you can create an account by entering a password in order to access your certificates easily in the future or share on social.
Can I find out more about how Accredible manages data?
Of course! Accredible will not share, sell, distribute or contact certificate holders. Learn more about Accredible’s data security and privacy policy here.
